The «Fashion Commission», in collaboration with the «Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property», has launched a new guide aimed at raising designers’ awareness about the importance of protecting design and trademark rights, and enhancing their understanding of the legal procedures that safeguard intellectual property within the fashion sector.
This guide aligns with the discussion highlighted in the Mansoooj article «Is your creativity protected?», which explored the challenges designers face in protecting their creative work and emphasized the need to build a legal culture within the industry that preserves rights and empowers innovation with confidence.
